Review of The Deaths of Ian Stone (2008) by Morgan S — 30 Mar 2008
After sitting through the other 7 After Dark Horrorfest films, it is very clear to me why I saved this one for last as it stands out as the best of all of them, even most of the first annual After Dark films.
The story focuses on an American living in England who is killed everyday in a different and put in a different life as a result (kinda like a more horror themed Quantum Leap). Soon, he starts to figure out the things that are out to get him and why they are out to kill him.
This film was really good, a standout from most of the After Dark films, and the Stan Winston effects are pretty cool. Good story that was desperately needed to help me forget the rest of the shit.
