"Pretty in Pink" meets "Dangerous Liaisons." One of the few teen films that capture how volatile and confusing that stage could be - carving one's identity, peer pressure. The three main actors makes you forget the under-realized material.
It is still a cut above your usual teen film, even stronger than the "Liaisons" remake, "Cruel Intentions.".
