Yes, Zodiac doesn't have action, and the movie itself isn't exciting like The Bourne Ultimatum, but maybe that's the reason why it's so good. Definitely one of those rare quiet/slow movies that really delivers, as RT's consensus say, "scene after scene of gut-wrenching anxiety".
