A truly beautiful movie. it's kind of funny that each of the female stars really brings out what thsis movie is mainly about, and therefore that is their best characteristic in the film. hedy represents the beauty, lana is the drama, and judy is the music (voice).

I think this is the best out of the trio of ziegfeld movies made by mgm, because 1: it did the best, and 2: lana turner's acting in this was PERFECT, along with judy garland who was very young at the time, and hedy lamar.

and when judy sings "minnie from trinidad" you know you can't help but dance, lol. an amazing movie, everyone should see it.
