The 1st 10 minuets (minus the stupid opening monolog of Arthur Frane) promises to be a real Sci/Fi classic. Then? Director, John Boorman, goes all koo-koo and we're left with 70 more minuets of utter nonsense -with Sean Connery swathed in a onesie diaper.
