Review of Z (1969) by Carlos P — 08 Nov 2007
The first "angry" film I ever watched and understood. It doesn't hide its politics or pull any punches, and yet it's a satire not of "left" or "right" and not only of "government corruption", but the repercussions of personal violence and human complicity in any society allowed to thrive unchecked.
