Wonderful acting from Caine and Keitel and I thought that Paul Dano did a great job too. It's not as mind blowing as The Great Beauty but has a lot of similar qualities which I loved. The beauty on the screen, the witty and thoughtful dialogue and the slow build.
Just when you think you're done, it comes through with the most beautiful wave of emotions. Loved it.
