Review of Your Sister's Sister (2011) by Jiana W — 20 Jun 2013
Not as good as the previews made it out to be. But I adored Mark Duplass' smart-a$$ everyman demeanor. He's an average guy in terms of appearances but darnit he is very engaging and delightful to watch.
The dialogue is very matter-of-fact. Nothing feels forced and the actors seem like they are all at ease with each other. When Jack and Hannah speak to each other the night they meet, you feel like it's an actual conversation and can picture yourself talking to your friends like that, too, after knocking a couple back.
Great interactions and characters but, nonetheless, I felt like there was something missing.
