Review of Your Sister's Sister (2011) by Giulia L — 03 Jun 2014
Though this starts out as ostensibly Mark Duplass's film, it turns into a meditation on the bonds of sisters and the depths of sisterly connection. I don't know that I've seen a film that explores this relationship with such nuance. It made my heart hurt, and Rosemarie DeWitt was so fantastic.
The conclusion is too pat and neatly tied up, but nevertheless I loved the journey of the narrative.
This was such a lovely, under appreciated little film.
