Tragically overrated, Your Name has a lot of bright spots; the music, the visuals, the inventiveness of the story. But it also has a lot of convoluted anime nonsense that makes it impossible to completely accept what is happening.
There is a good twist in here, I will concede. But overall, I felt it pales in comparison to the Miyazaki films, in depth and in storytelling.
