This is not one of Woody Allen's best work, but it's much more enjoyable the recent lot of uninspired Hollywood outputs. A star studded cast pulls of the occasionally amusing script with considerable flair.
No marketing behemoth at work promoting this movie, how else would you explain a decent movie starring Anthony Hopkins, Banderas, Naomi Watts, Josh Brolin and Freida Pinto slipping under the rudder, while poorly contrived Studio offerings cannot be missed? Anyway, this is enjoyable for viewers who like low key comedy dramas.
