Review of Yogawoman (2012) by Katrina F — 18 Dec 2013
Yogawoman is an uplifting and inspiring film showcasing the rise in popularity of yoga for women along with the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits associated with regular practice, regardless of your age.
Documentaries sometimes run the risk of overloading the audience with facts and information, but Yogawoman avoids this by interspersing enjoyable and engaging personal stories told by individual women whose lives have been profoundly changed for the better through doing yoga.
A delightful film.
