Nothing more than a vanity project for Babs. I found it contrived, pretentious and boring. Barbra Streisand is completely unconvincing in the title role and the only decent performance is Amy Irving. The songs didn't do much for me either.
This movie is only for Streisand addicts and friends of Dorothy only.
