The story seems to have so much potential but that's the thing about self-directing: Barbara wanted to show all her talents. I understand she has great vocal and there was good composer but it cost much.
Even I quite enjoy the musical part but it a bit destroyed the whole thrill of the story. Anyway it casted pretty well and chemistry was quite strong. The whole screenplay was quite good as well.
