A harmless movie. I only heard bad things about this movie so I went in there not expecting much but I laughed enough to not be mad at the film. Jack Black and Cera make a good team that stumble upon old biblical stories during there travels.
I love how it makes fun of the bible, since the bible is stupid and everything. It is only fair. I can see what they were trying to do with the film, trying to be film and critiquing a lot of knuckle dragging theories that still apply today through the eyes of caveman.
Quite interesting. But it is a hard thing to mix with Jack Black/Cera modern comedy. Still good though. Not as bad as I thought. If you are OK with stupid humor like this, it is a perfectly acceptable movie to watch with a blunt in your hand.
Good Concept Ok Execution! Watch it if your a stoner!
