Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Graham W — 04 Sep 2016

I had a good time, despite coming down with the most spontaneous flu of my life as soon as I got in the theater. Was actually shaking when I left, and not because the movie was so great, which it wasn't. It was fine. There's some cool bits, there's a Metallica song, Michael Fassbender is wonderfully amazing, Jennifer Lawrence is doing her typical stupid thing, Oscar Issac was a little cool.

Pretty solid movie, I thought. A little corny, but hey: it's X-Men.
