This film has been quite torturous to watch - very depressing. Surely in modern day and age there is electricity in English countryside rather than continual darkness? Surely not everyone sleeps with everyone and not everyone in the village has monstrous secrets to hide?
There was very little in the film that was convincing.
There were some nice country scenes though.
