Couldn't really get into this film. The premise of two brothers (with a troublesome past) meeting up after years is interesting and, I think, a lot more could have been made of it. The result is extremely slow with often too subtle hints given at where the problems lie.
The realistic mumbling (sloppy diction in my book!) only adds to the boredom and makes the story incomprehensible to non-British ears. Bottom line: interesting material, poor execution despite obviously talented actors.
