Review of World's Greatest Dad (2009) by Chase T — 19 Sep 2014
There's not many times that I've been so surprised by a movie like I was with World's Greatest Dad. Not many people have seen Robin Williams's more dramatic pieces, and this one shines through as a superb example.
It is so damn truthful. It really made me ponder the nature of humans and how we as a species act in the wake of a small tragedy, regardless of whether or not we are personally affected or not. Maybe I just take films a lot more seriously than others, but good lord, this movie hit the nail on the head.
Five stars.
