Review of Wolf Creek (2005) by Sivalingam L — 18 Nov 2010
You could say that Wolf Creek is slightly more unpredictable than the next kidnap-slasher, and character is built up well in the first half of the film. However it does not put its characters through anything we have not seen a hundred times before on screen, and there's no twist ending that makes it stand out.
It tries to be a simple and effective horror but ends up being a simple horror with a few isolated tense moments and a whole lot of unoriginal boring hours.
