Firstly this movie took a very long time to get started, the first 40 minutes had nothing to do with the plot and the first fifty could have been summed down to about 10 minutes. The characters reactions were unrealistic (though that's pretty common in any horror movie) which really ruined the suspense, and the killer seemed to have no motive throughout the film.

But if there was an award for the film with the most uncalled for and forced laughter then this wins it along with the medal for excessive screaming (the blonde girl screams for at least 15 minutes straight at one point).

Finally the film wasn't scary at all. For a horror film to be scary it needs realism, or the exact opposite, paranormal. This is because for me to find this scary it either needs to be a situation in which I would have no control of my surroundings and possible my actions or it should have a logical explanation as why someone would do this.

Killers always need motive and in this one it just seemed like the guy enjoyed it, but why have someone suffer for your pleasure when you don't see it? The whole movie just doesn't make sense to me honestly and it was definitely a waste of my time and it will be a waste of yours.
