Review of Wit (2001) by John S — 10 May 2008
This is a great cable movie which if it had been released in theaters, would have given Emma Thompson an oscar for best actress. It is a portrayal of a hard-nosed english professor and her diagnosis with ovarian cancer.
This movie is heartbreaking and will make you think. The scene with the permission for her to die is sad, but mesmerizing.
