Review of Winter's Bone (2010) by Alex V — 28 May 2013
Jennifer Lawrence roams the totally not post-apocalyptic rural south in search of her father. The whole thing feels like a profoundly depressing version of real life, so points for that. Unfortunately, just like in real life, very little actually happens. A couple suspenseful moments. Unsatisfying conclusion.
--4.7/10--.
