This is world-class filmmaking right here. The script for this film is so bravura and so superb, that it blew me away completely. This film has to have one of the tightest and greatest scripts ever written.
The ideas used here (the use of flashbacks, memories, dreams and disillusionment) are all used perfectly. A brilliant film by the masterful Swedish filmmaker Ingmar Bergman.
