This movie is atypical of Lynch's work. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't do it for me. Nicholas Cage and Laura Dern were nothing special. Willem Dafoe was weird and creepy, but then again, when isn't he? There were some good scenes, but as a whole, the movie was average.
