Some good qualities, but really is all over the place. It's part reckless romance, part strange dark side characters and part Wizard of Oz. Suprisingly, Nicholas Cage isn't what kills the movie.
Now, I love bizarre Lynchian Avant Garde, but I can't help but feel that the movie would be more cohesive with less of it. This is my second least favorite Lynch next to Dune. Really only worth watching if you love David Lynch like I do.
