Its too bad Candy is not around anymore, he has produced great movies in his career and this is one of them. its his take on a "Fletch" type character, master of disguise. another reason I love this movie, Shawnee Smith, from the Saw series, shes a cutie and I had a crush on her back in the day.
and Jeffery Jones is pretty funny in this movie as well.
