Itâ??s hard with silliness. Thereâ??s a fine line between being funny/silly and just plain silly. If a movie doesnâ??t get it just right, it becomes daft and pointless. If it does get it right, however, itâ??s a joy.
This manages the latter, being in the capable hands of Paul Flaherty and John Candy, but thereâ??s still something so-so about it.
Itâ??s not that itâ??s unfunny or that it doesnâ??t work well, but, to me, itâ??s a bit same old, same old; Iâ??ve seen it done before.
