Review of Whiteout (2009) by Pieter V — 23 Apr 2011

Whiteout falls far short of its potential as a gritty physiological thriller set in the frosty isolation of the Antarctic. A cliched plot, lame dialogue, bored actors and actions scenes better suited to a slasher film titled "I know what you did last Winter" all contribute to earning Whiteout its direct to video status.

Whiteout wasn't a terrible movie though, I found it was entertaining enough to be worth a look but it certainly won't take you anywhere you haven't been before despite it's remote setting.
