Review of White Dog (1982) by Sean C — 29 Apr 2010
After some rather dodgy Tv-style acting at the start as well as a contrived plot potential rape to prove the worth of the dog, things really kick off with this edge of the seat, absorbing drama/thriller.
Poor old Kristy McNichol doesnt quite know what she's let herself in for when she homes a dog she hit with her car and then restores to full health. Her dog has been trained to attack and potentially kill black-skinned people.
The re-training of her dog keeps you on your toes throughout and the very thought that this has gone on and probably still does is chilling.
