Review of Where the Boys Are (1960) by Julia O — 22 Mar 2008
Taken for what it is and for when it was made, this is really a delightful comedy/drama. The young Dolores Hart is staggeringly beautiful (she became a nun shortly thereafter), as are Yvette Mimeiux and Paule Prentiss, and Connie Francis is adorable.
Reminds me of the decade I was born (the late 50s), for which I have much nostalgia, sigh.
