Review of Where Eagles Dare (1968) by Laird J — 11 Dec 2008
A dry action movie with lots of little twists. Long speechless scenes of men on a mission, men fighting, men blowing up. Eastwood is underused. Everyone, Nazi or not, speaks English which adds to the strangeness of the double-identities.
Not as fun as the Dirty Dozen, but still a classic.
