A big disappointment. The musical moments are so sparse that I can't believe it's classified as a musical and the main character doesn't really need to cast a love spell to get the jock to go out with him because clearly he's digging him from scene one.

The message of "walk a mile in gay people's shoes" is sort of lost as nobody acknowledges they learned anything at the end. And while the music portions are beautiful, they looked too much like a music video that I couldn't buy that they were part of telling the story.
