So I knew this got bad reviews, but I like Steve Carell and Leslie Mann and I wanted to see the animation. Ugh, where do I start. So the animation is interesting but gets old half way into the movie. There has to be a clear reason why things go animated and it often felt haphazard.

I didn't particularly like the main character. The script and editing are just terrible. It was difficult to watch much less enjoy. I walked out halfway into it. I almost never walk out of a movie I've paid for, so that tells you all you need to know.
