The critics might be jumping the gun on their ratings for this one. Its a solid lower budget movie, with some eerie moments and a bit of mystery. Does it feel new and fresh though? Not at all. It feels like more horror movies do.
...as in, I've seen this before. It rounds out nicely in the end, but I've seen it before...
