Yes, finally, we see deep-feeling "zombies" on screen. Thanks to strong writing and acting which breathes life into each scene, Warm Bodies stays interesting and surprising. Even the stereotypical heavy John Malkovich transforms, and realistically it doesn't happen without some trial and error.
Filmed in Laval, Canada, the situation of humans isolating themselves in groups could occur anywhere.
