Review of Warm Bodies (2013) by Kyle S — 11 Jan 2014

I was surprised at how much I could laugh at a zombie movie. But I wouldn't consider it a zombie movie; it was more of a romantic, zombie comedy. I wouldn't compare it to Twilight because "Warm Bodies" had its own tone to it and it stood out more than any other zombie or vampire movie. The acting was sensational as I definitely loved Nicholas Hoult as 'R'.

For those of you who have read the book, they weren't that different from each other. But some things weren't mentioned in the movie and some things were easier to understand if you had read the book. People who have read the book will understand and eventually love the movie. Although I thought it was enjoyable for anyone who has or hasn't read the book. Overall, this is not a typical zombie movie.
