Review of Warm Bodies (2013) by Edwin V — 17 Oct 2014
It's unusual to come across a movie where you have trouble coming up with any flaws about it, and Warm Bodies is one of those movies. The story is funny, very creative, the soundtrack is great, and it's a fresh take on both the zombie genre and Romeo and Juliet.
For some reason it took me a while to realize it was a take on that classic Shakespearean play. It's also a touching exploration of our humanity. I expected the movie to be good, but I was expecting more of a dark romantic comedy and got so much more than that.
