80's films about people being transported to the future into 1980's Los Angeles is nearly a shaggy dog story nowadays, but given even that this film really makes it work. They make very good use of folk beliefs about witches, and you have to admit Julian Sands plays one baaaad man! Honestly I can't reccomend the other films in this series, but this one is a Saturday night must-see.
