Review of W. (2008) by Marcus G — 25 Oct 2012
What has happened Oliver? You have been dissapointing the last three outings. I think I may have to give up on Mr. Stone's pictures from here on in, these Blu-Rays are fucking expensive. The story is waaaaaay too short.
We needed more insight into his craziness. It starts out great and then fails to produce. It skips over all of the things I really wanted to see about the man. All this one is, is a man crying to his daddy about a hole bunch of bullshit through out.
James Cromwell was the worst pick for Herbert Walker. On that note James Brolin wasn't that smart of a casting choice either. This was not a tipical Oliver Stone film, I think he may be finally losing his touch.
Either that or Washington edited the shit out of it. Both scenarios wouldn't surprize me.
