Brilliantly acted by Josh Brolin and competently directed by the incredible Oliver Stone, W. overcomes its occasional tonal inconsistency and presents a fascinating, intriguing, and stylish look at the presidency of George W.
Bush that never feels one-sided or biased on its subject matter.
