Review of Vision Quest (1985) by Alex F — 01 Oct 2010
I read the novel over the summer and just watched this movie. I enjoyed both the novel and the movie despite it straying away from being completely loyal to the novel and that's okay. It might have been a bust if the movie stayed loyal to the book page for page. Either way, it's a decent 80's flick that does hint at the time it was made in but still works after all these years.
On another note, I'm not sure how I feel about Linda Fiorentino's hair. It just bothers me a bit.
