Review of Viridiana (1962) by Irvin C — 18 Nov 2007
A religious woman visits her uncle before taking her vows as a nun and through a series of events that tests of limits of her piety and faith, her life is forever changed. It is definitely anti-clerical but so stylish and entertainingly so with a good dose of dark humor that only Bunuel can do.
Definitely a must-see.
