Christian Bale does an excellent job portraying the rise of Cheney before and during the Bush administration. Vice is a movie that has a fast pace plot (like the movie "The Big Short") that at times can be overwhelming to keep track of, but slows down when it needs too.
The ratings don't give this movie enough justice, please give it a watch if your a fan of the cast. And if you want to learn about the strange administration of Bush/Cheney.
