Review of Vertigo (1958) by Adrian B — 26 Apr 2011
Completely ingenious examination of obsession disguised as a romantic murder mystery. Jimmy Stewart seemed to be genuinely transfixed and wrapped in his character at times, making the film that much more effective.
Possibly Hitchcock's greatest artistic achievement.
