Review of Vertigo (1958) by Risya H — 01 Aug 2012
Vertigo earned its place as Sight & Sounds best film of all time, a near perfect work on male sexuality and the importance of loose ends. It's emotionally involving, and Hitch's direction is omnipresent and flawless, taking respectable restraint in not hinting at the film's twist which would cheapen the experience.
