This movie follows Iwao Enokizu and his 78 day run from the law for the murder of two of his co-workers and more during the manhunt.

A very well told movie and it made you really get to know the characters. The movie started off really slow for me, got exciting then fell right back off again. Once the movie settles down and goes into the flashbacks the story really comes out. It's told in such a way that you can actually feel sympathy for the murderer.

While I did like the movie I think it fell short of what it could have been. Still worth a watch, but I liked Memories of Murder better.
