The music is not bad but not catchy, the dialogue is just awful, and the plot is a total mess. I think I was more interested with the journalist's story than Brian Slade's story. But I admire Ewan McGregor, Christian Bale and Toni Collette for their outstanding performances.
Somehow this film reminds me of Hedwig and the Angry Inch but the latter is way better.
