Yes, this is the one where he eats the cockroach. Slightly over-the-top but Nicolas Cage is nutty anyway - was he really bitten by a vampire or just crazy? (Some of his sessions with his shrink, Elizabeth Ashley, look a bit odd anyway.) Fun movie.
