Review of Vampire in Brooklyn (1995) by Devin K — 25 Jul 2009

Practically blaksploitation, it's hard to imagine how this film got made. I do relish a horror comedy, and I do like Eddie Murphy, but this film isn't really great. It's not hard to watch - entertaining enough - but doesn't match up against other similar(?) films. Black guys talking fast and swearing a lot never really gets old though, does it? Except when it's the Wayans'. They suck.

Also Mitch Pileggi.

He doesn't suck, it's just that he is in the movie.
